Cancellation/Late Policy
- At least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellation is required.
- At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit.
- Failure to cancel or reschedule in at the appropriate time, will result in loss of deposit and a charge of 50% of your total service. You will be required to schedule a new appointment and pay another deposit.
- Please let us know if you are running late. We understand that things happen, and allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 fee will be added to your appointment. After 20 minutes, your appointment
may be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service (case by case basis).
- No call/No Show will result in 100% of the appointment/service being charged and
NO additional appointments may be scheduled.
